Feline Parvovirus (FPV) and Canine Parvovirus (CPV) cause similar and often fatal enteric diseases in cats and dogs, with symptoms like vomiting, fever, diarrhea, and leucopenia. Both are single-stranded DNA viruses, with disease severity influenced by age, immune status, and coinfection.
